DigitalWorldAB is a limited company registered in England and Wales. We build and sell production-grade Excel and Google Sheets templates for freelancers and self-employed professionals. We are also developing an AI-powered operations platform for the same audience. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any products or services we offer directly through it.
By accessing this website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Standard templates
Our Excel and Google Sheets templates are sold through our Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/DigitalWorldAB. All template purchases are subject to Etsy's Terms of Use in addition to these terms. Payment is collected by Etsy and not by DigitalWorldAB directly.
Platform waitlist
The platform waitlist on this website is an expression of interest only. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee access, reserve a place, or create any obligation on DigitalWorldAB to deliver any product or service by any particular date. We will communicate platform launch details and pricing to waitlist members when they are available.
Custom build requests
Requests for custom-built templates are submitted through the Custom Request form on this website. A custom build is only agreed when both parties have confirmed the scope in writing and DigitalWorldAB has issued written acceptance of the project. The specific terms, deliverables, timeline, and price for each custom build are agreed individually at that point.
Standard templates
Our templates are digital products delivered by instant download. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content once download has begun, provided the customer has acknowledged this and consented to immediate delivery. Etsy's checkout process captures this acknowledgement.
If a template you have purchased contains a material defect — meaning it does not perform the documented functions described in the listing — please contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact form. We will investigate and, where a defect is confirmed, provide a corrected version or a full refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, incompatibility with software versions not listed in the product description, or user error.
Custom builds
Once the scope of a custom build has been agreed in writing and work has commenced, the project is non-refundable. Where a custom build contains a defect that causes it to materially fail to meet the agreed specification, we will remedy the defect at no additional charge.
All templates, source files, documentation, and other materials produced by DigitalWorldAB are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. When you purchase a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the template for your own business or personal purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, share publicly, or create derivative works from any DigitalWorldAB template without our prior written consent. This restriction applies regardless of whether the template was purchased or provided as a custom build.
Our templates are tools to support your business administration. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, the decisions you make based on the outputs, and compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalWorldAB's liability for any claim arising from the use of our templates or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You and DigitalWorldAB both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
